Hi, I am Catherine and I really enjoy working with high school students and helping them find a place where they will thrive over the next four years.  My approach is personal, supportive, and grounded in the belief that success looks different for every student. I take the time to really get to know each student to help them discover the opportunities that truly align with who they are and who they can become. Sometimes that means introducing a student to a college they may not have considered, or helping them uncover a unique major or academic path that fits their strengths and interests. I love helping students broaden their perspective and realize there are many exciting possibilities beyond the schools they might already know.

I know the college application process can be overwhelming at times and I understand the perspective of a parent shepherding a student through the college application process as I have been through it myself with my two daughters. It is my goal to help reduce the anxiety and stress created by the ever-changing college landscape.

I prioritize professional development and college visits where I am able to speak with admissions officers in order to stay up-to-date. My recommendations are based on my knowledge and current data about college admissions.  I create a customized, clear, and structured plan that keeps the student on track while reducing stress along the way. I help families navigate deadlines, applications, essays, and decisions with confidence and clarity.
